Service Description

Following your submission you will receive an email with further instructions, including an additional form needed to confirm your appointment, found here: https://www.housecallsmma.com/covid-testing-consent-form After submitting your request, you will be given a time frame by 8pm the day before the requested test date. We will do our best to accommodate you. The maximum amount of tests done in a single home is 10, unless authorized by a Mobile Medical employee. If your form is not submitted by 6pm on the day before your test, the test date may need to be rescheduled.
